CDC Guidance on Funeral's and those who die from COVID-19:
Guidance Regarding Large Gatherings:
- The White House has recommends gatherings of less than 10 over the next 15 days. EXTENDED to April 30, 2020
- CDC guidlines state gatherings of less than 50 people for the next 8 weeks. Effective 3/15/2020
- NYS has mandated that gatherings of 50 or more are not permitted. Effective 3/16/2020:

Guidance Regarding Local Municipalities:
Most are closed to the public. Some are open for appointment only. It is recommended that Death Certificate Requests should be via mail. For all questions, please contact the Clerk's Office. Keep in mind, they are on limited staff or working remotely.
